Here are the steps you can take to kick off discussions with our Dynamic Forms ITS Team and gaining access to your own environments.

1. Intake Request Form - Kick off Discussions with Dynamic Forms ITS team by submitting an Intake Request Form that gives details around the types of forms you want to create and notifies the Dynamic Forms ITS Team of your interest, so new Organizations/Environments can be created for your department and proper access can be granted.
2. Access to Dynamic Forms -  If you have elected to build the form yourself, we will create a Sandbox Organization (development and test environment) and Production Organization (production environment) for your department, grant users access to these environments and give you an overview to help you get acclimated to Dynamic Forms.
