How to Manage Co-Signer(s)

As an Admin, you can manage Co-signers while the form is in progress. 
Co-Signers are additional Form Participants, not including the Form Owner (Participant that initiated the form), in Multi-Participant Forms which requires Co-signer e-signatures. A form is considered ‘in progress’ when at least the Form Owner has completed their section and submitted but is waiting on Co-signer(s) to complete their section and submit before the form is completed and moved to the Pending queue.

Co-signers can be managed by:

  • Modifying Co-signer information such as First Name, Last Name, Email Address
  • Re-sending Co-signer Notification to remind the Form Participant there is a form waiting for their e-signature.

Modify Co-signer Information

As an Admin, you have the ability to update the Co-signer’s information while the form is in progress.
This can be done by modifying the Co-signer’s First Name, Last Name and/or Email Address. 

Accessing the Modify Co-Signer window as an Admin can be done in two ways.

1a. Go to your Form’s Multi queue by clicking on the number found under Multi

2a. Under the Action column in the drop-down, click on Manage Co-Signers.

1b. Click My Forms/Portal. In the new window that appears, choose Forms Awaiting Other Signatures from the list.

2b. Under the Action column in the drop-down, click on Manage Co-Signers.

3. The Manage Co-Signers Information window will open and display the existing Co-signers information. Click the Actions drop-down to modify the Co-signer information.

4. The Co-signer’s First Name, Last Name and Email will now become editable fields which you can replace with the new Co-signer’s information.

5. Once the Co-signer’s information has been updated, click Save.

Re-send Co-signer Email

As an Admin, you have the ability to Re-send the Co-signer’s email while the form is in progress.
This can be done by accessing the Co-signer information and clicking Re-send Notification.

There are two ways you can access the Co-Signer information as an Admin.

1a. Go to your Form’s Multi queue by clicking on the number found under Multi.

1b. Click My Forms/Portal. In the new window that appears, choose Forms Awaiting Other Signatures from the list.

2b. Under the Action column in the drop-down, click on Manage Co-Signers.

3. The Co-Signer Information window will open and display the existing Co-signers information. Click the Re-send Notification action to send a reminder email to the Co-signer identified. The Co-signer will receive the Co-signer email (that is customizable within the Participant menu) which informs them a form is waiting for their e-signature.
