Form Level settings control key behaviors of your form, including how it’s named, form description, who receives notifications, and what system options are enabled. These configurations help ensure the form routes correctly and communicates with the right participants.
Form Level settings menu are located on the upper left side of the form designer page as seen below.
Name/Type details can be found under Designer Resources > Start Building a Form > Form Level Settings - Name/Type.
Admin Notification details can be found under Designer Resources > Start Building a Form > Form Level Settings - Admin Notifications.
The Other remaining settings details can be found under Designer Resources > Start Building a Form > Form Level Settings - Other.
